IEI has a long history of both electrical and mechanical design from simple office renovations to complex care facilities, industrial plants and educational facilities. This is extended through our trade associate Lindell Engineering. This brings over 100 years of progressive experience to the table in the presence of Dick Lindell, founder of Lindell Engineering and Lindell's long term staff.
Our unique approach of hiring new graduates and training them in-house assures a continuation of their experience. The project designers and engineers that will work on the project all have extended experience. As an example of the employees with Lindell Engineer, most have in excess of 15-20 years with Lindell Engineering.
This retention of employees and their team experience assures the client of a well thought out, and implimented, design. It shows in that over 80% of our work is with ongoing clients that have exerienced the benefits of using either IEI or Lindell Engineering for their mechanical needs.
